Some Hulu Account users are getting the problem in streaming the content on some of the Vizio models and on other brands for last few days. They said that they have started getting this problem since the last week. Their Hulu app stopped functioning on Vizio TV due to some unknown reason. Moreover, Samsung owners have also complained the same on their TV. They are not being able to stream the favorite show from Hulu app.

If you are being logged out of the Hulu Com Activate Plus app from Vizio TV, then there are chances of getting this problem and you won’t be able to get the activation code on the screen after getting this problem. No matter if your internet is working or not, your device will keep on blocking the content from Hulu plus. If you are using Amazon, YouTube, and Netflix on your Vizio TV or on any other brand, then it will stream the content without any problem. For your information, we want to mention here that Netflix and YouTube are built-in apps on your Vizio TV.

- Uninstall the Hulu Plus app from your Vizio TV and re-install it after 60 seconds.
- If you are using the default DNS settings to play content, then reset the settings by holding power button of the TV for 15 seconds. If you find any problem, you can keep in touch with Hulu support. If you have spoken to them earlier, but were not able to find any suitable fix for your problem, then you can leave a mail on registered support mail ID. They will revert instantly. If you are able to fix the problem on your own, then there is no need to take support from third-party support providers.
- If you are using a Vizio model that can’t be upgraded to next OS due to lack of hardware circuitry or any other reason, then there are chances of getting this problem. The Hulu app will get blocked on such Vizio and other company models. The only option left for you is to replace the box with the new streaming player. You can buy either Roku or Blu-ray player from home. This will fix your problem.
- If you are using a newer model of Vizio device or any other model of a different company that can be easily upgraded, then you can easily update the version of its OS.
